I am considering useing a downloadable fire wall. What free fire wall do you recommend for accessibility with jaws?
And where can I get it?

I would personally recommend ZoneAlarm. I believe the website of the company who created it is www.zonelabs.com and so go there to check it out. There is also a paid version that has an antivirus thing and everything, but the free version is just the firewall. It is pretty accessible to set up, but when you get to the part where it asks whether you want the 15 day trial or the free version, you just have to use your JAWS cursor to get to the checkbox, but otherwise, the rest is very accessible. When I first installed it, it would tell me whenever it was blocking something, but if it still does that, there is of course the option of telling it not to show that dialog anymore. Also, if there are programs it doesn't recognize on your system, it will always ask whether or not you want to let the program thru, and sometimes it has a helpful page that explains what it is and whether it is a good idea or not to let it thru. But of course, you could choose for yourself and also if it is something that will be a common thing, you can make it to not ask anymore... So most of it is really good. The only thing I can't figure out, and I'm not sure whether it's accessible or not, is if say you choose to nott accept a program and lock it on that and then you later change your mind. There is a way to fix it, but I don't know how to go into the actual settings myself is what I'm saying. Otherwise it works fine for me.
